This 17th century property was built on the ruins of a 15th century castle of which only 2 small towers remain. Joan of Arc would have stayed there then. The accommodation is part of a complex of buildings which is divided into 2 houses: the rented accommodation and the house we live in when we are not in Paris. Each house has its own garden and table for outdoor meals. The whole is located on a property of 6 hectares of meadows that surround the buildings. We have on our side a large swimming pool (5x10) accessible for our guests. A tennis court is also available.
2 hours from Paris by the A11, 30 minutes from the TGV station of Le Mans and 20 minutes from the 24 hours race track of Le Mans.

House 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (1 bath, 2 showers, 3WC). This house, former stable for a part has been completely renovated. The house is part of a larger set of buildings of a property of 6 hectares of meadows. On the ground floor: A large living room with kitchen and central island, a dining room with a large table (8/12 people with extension), a functional fireplace, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a shower room and WC. On the first floor, 4 bedrooms of similar size with competitive bedding. 3 rooms with double bed 160 cm and 1 room with 2 twin beds 100 cm. A bathroom (bath + WC) and a shower room with WC. All redone in beautiful materials. TV/Netflix/Prime/Wifi

Our guests have access to the garden in front of the house and to the renovated courtyard with a very large farm table and a very large Weber gas BBQ. Access to the pool (which is on the other side of the other house), access to the tennis court (brand new porous concrete). The tennis court is built right next to a small summer house with a terrace bar (probably the best spot on the property :-)). Garden lounge, indoor sofas, beer dispenser (remember to take a Philips compatible refill), fridge, bluetooth speakers. Enough to have a good time.
